## Conveyor Tension Rollers

Tension rollers (tail pulleys) ensure proper tension of the conveyor belt and compensate for its elongation. They are located at the opposite end from the drive pulley and operate under variable load conditions.

## Operating Conditions

- Variable loads due to changes in belt tension
- Exposure to dust and product particles
- Need for regular equipment washing

## Solutions

Self-aligning bearings are used, which compensate for minor misalignments. Seals must protect against ingress of contaminants and moisture. The use of relubricatable bearings is recommended.
