## Conveyor Support Rollers

Support rollers (support rollers, idlers) support the conveyor belt along the entire length of the route. They distribute the weight of transported products and ensure smooth movement of the belt. In the food industry, rollers must meet hygienic requirements.

## Loads

- Constant static load from the weight of the belt and products
- Dynamic loads during product movement
- Side loads during uneven loading

## Bearings

Sealed ball bearings with double-sided seals (ZZ or 2RS) are used. Housings are made of stainless steel or food-grade approved plastic. Lubrication is NSF H1, maintenance-free.
