Rotary kilns are key equipment in cement production. They operate under extreme temperatures (up to 1500°C) and significant loads. The bearings for rotary kilns must withstand harsh operating conditions.

## Operating Conditions

- Extremely high temperatures
- Significant weight of the loaded kiln
- Radial loads from rotation
- Thermal radiation from the kiln

## Solutions

Spherical roller bearings with heat-resistant lubricants are used. Bearings with increased clearances are applied to compensate for thermal expansion. It is recommended to use a bearing cooling system.
