Clinker coolers cool hot clinker after the rotary kiln. They operate under high temperatures and significant loads. The bearings of coolers must ensure reliable operation at extreme temperatures.

## Operating Features

- High inlet temperatures (up to 1400°C)

- Radial loads from rotation
- Abrasive effect of clinker

## Solutions

Bearings with heat-resistant lubricants (operating temperature up to 300°C) are used. Bearings with increased clearances are applied. It is recommended to use a cooling system and regular temperature monitoring.
