# Uneven Loads and Vibration Cause Bearing Fatigue Damage

## Uneven Loads and Vibration Cause Bearing Fatigue Damage

When mixing concrete, the drum experiences uneven loads from the movement of the material. Constant vibration accelerates fatigue wear of bearings.

## Sources of Loads

- Uneven distribution of concrete mix
- Vibration from drum rotation
- Impact loads from falling large aggregates
- Side loads from drum misalignment

## Solutions

Spherical roller bearings with enhanced impact resistance are used. Bearings with reinforced cages are applied. It is recommended to use bearings with extended service life under vibratory loads.
