## Discharge Chute Axles

Discharge chute axles enable the chute to rotate, directing concrete mix. The axle bearings operate under significant loads and vibration.

## Loads

- Radial loads from chute and mix weight
- Axial loads from rotation
- Vibration from mix movement
- Contamination from cement dust

## Solutions

Ball and roller bearings with increased load capacity are applied. Bearings with enhanced seals are used. Re-greaseable bearings are recommended.
