# Quality Assurance & Testing

At MS Bearings, we believe that reliable bearing quality is the foundation of our long-term partnership with global clients. Unreliable bearings can cause unexpected equipment downtime, costly maintenance, and production losses, which is why we implement a strict full-process quality management system certified by ISO 9001:2015 to ensure every MS bearing meets international quality standards.

Our quality control process covers every stage from raw material to finished product:

- **Raw material inspection**: All incoming steel is tested for hardness, chemical composition, and purity to eliminate material defects before production
- **In-process inspection**: Every production step is inspected by our QC team, ensuring dimensional accuracy and compliance with design specifications
- **Final 100% testing**: All finished bearings undergo comprehensive testing including dimensional accuracy check, rotational precision test, noise and vibration test, load capacity test, and service life simulation test
- **Traceability system**: Every bearing has a unique identification code, allowing full traceability of its entire production and supply chain

All MS bearings come with a 12-month warranty period. If any quality issue occurs during the warranty period due to manufacturing defects, we offer free replacement or full refund.
